T’Go Creative Limited (T’Go) is a multi-discipline graphic design and website design print company based in Perth, Scotland. We are committed to providing the best possible service in the interest of our clients and their business. We expect to develop good working relationships where respect, manner and enthusiasm are shared between all parties. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by T’Go.
All work is carried out by T’Go on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions can be read at any time on our website www.tgocreative.co.uk. These are subject to change without notification. These terms supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form.

Opening Times / Holidays
- T’Go is open Monday to Friday - 9am until 5pm.
- The studio is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.
- Notice via our website will be given should we expect to be closed for any other period of time.
Products & Services Provided:
At the time of proposal, T’Go will provide clients with a written quote or an email quotation. A copy of the written quote or estimate is sent to the client to confirm acceptance and should be returned. Alternatively, the client may send an official purchase order in reply to an estimate which binds the client to accept our terms and conditions; or an email acknowledging acceptance.
If you require any services that are not contained in the original quote, or if there are elements of the service that require addition time, material or resources to be provided by T’Go, including if there is a request for further services after the approval of a job then we will advise of the additional fees required before continuing with the job.
Charges for design services provided by T’Go will be set out in the written quotation or email that is provided to the client. All costs will be recorded and be made clear to the client before proceeding.
Should extra design costs be likely these will be clearly set out. Typical extra costs may include (but are not limited to):
- Sourcing and purchasing imagery and illustrations from stock libraries
- Sourcing and purchasing fonts and typefaces
- Outsourcing photographers, illustrators, typographers, animators, or any other third party that may be necessary to fulfil the job.
Any indication by T’Go of a design projects duration is considered by the client to be an estimation. T’Go cannot be held responsible for any jobs that may over run due to circumstances out with our control. T’Go aim to delivery work on time and of the highest of quality. T’Go will ensure to update clients on timescales should there be any delay.
T’Go use client design on their website as part of the portfolio for demonstration purposes. If the client does not agree to have their design work featured for marketing purposes a written notification should be sent either by email or letter.
T’Go use the latest digital printing technology which allows us to offer a huge range of short run products in house with fast turnaround times. For larger print runs we cannot carried out we offer discounted prices due to our relationship with trade print partners.
Every effort will be made to deliver printed products on time, but any delivery day specified is a ‘best endeavour’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods that have been supplied. We will do our very best to ensure that an order is dispatched or ready to collect on the day specified on the client’s order.
T’Go cannot be held liable for printing products that are damaged, lost or delayed when delivered via the post or courier although the utmost care will be taken to ensure products arrive on time and undamaged.
Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on clients work but due to the nature of the process involved T’Go shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the printed results and any proof or existing copy supplied. Pantone ink matches cannot be produced using the full colour process. Any proof copies issued are not colour accurate and are issued for content checking only.
T’Go cannot guarantee the paper quality will be exactly the same as previous orders or samples received as we and our third party print suppliers buy and source paper from a variety of paper mills and merchants.
T’Go outsource large scale printing and we use trusted companies that we have researched for quality and efficiency. We cannot guarantee using a third party company that printing will be 100% in terms of quantity. Variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that minor variations are immaterial and that the T’Go shall have no liability in respect of such variations.
Approving Proofs / Proof Reading
The client is held responsible for approving all artwork proofs and ensuring accuracy. The includes but is not limited to: design, spelling, grammar, illustrations, images and quantity. It is the responsibility of the client to request another copy if the proof is difficult to read or changes are required.
The clients final accepted proof is the artwork that will be submitted for print. There will be no reprints at T’Go expense. A printout of client proof is supplied to assist in confirming colours, designs, bleed, size and type.
Clients who choose to submit any of their own artwork from their own files or images are solely responsible for the end result of printing. Clients are reminded to submit print ready artwork with correct specifications. We will print the required job as requested however T’Go is not responsible or liable for any mistakes or reprints that might be required.
When submitting information to T’Go for a project, the client must agree to supply in a format that is clear and simple to use. Text is to be supplied in electronic format as standard text (.txt), MS Word (.docx) or via email / shared folder.
Images that are supplied in an electronic format are to be provided via email or via a shared folder / usb stick. The images must be of a quality suitable without any subsequent image processing unless otherwise agreed. T’Go will not be held responsible for any image quality which the client later deems to be unacceptable.
T’Go cannot be held responsible for the quality of any images which the client wishes to be scanned from printed materials.
The client will agree to complete T’Go website content supply form which includes an in-depth format of every page of the website. The word document must be completed before the website design and build can start. This document covers: - the site map, suggested page content & structure, key words & calls to action.
T’Go request a 50% deposit is paid prior to starting the website design and build. This will be invoiced by email and due within 14 days.
T’Go offers a hosting service through our trusted out-sourced virtual server. T’Go does not guarantee continuous service and will accept no liability for loss of service.
T’Go may request that clients change their type of hosting account used if that account is deemed by T’Go to be unacceptable because of poor service or insufficient to support the website. Fee’s for hosting on T’Go virtual server are due at the commencement of any period of service and non-refundable. An annual web hosting invoice will be sent out via email and is required to be paid before the account is renewed.
Fee’s to any third party hosting companies are the responsibility of the client and T’Go are not liable for their payment, nor the renewal for domain names with a third party company.
T’Go cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name. Where T’Go is instructed to register a domain name on behalf of a client we will be endeavor to do so but the client should not assume successful registration can be completed.
An annual invoice for the domain name renewal will be issued if T’Go registered the domain name on behalf of the client. This will be invoiced in accordance with any necessary website hosting renewal invoices.
Search Engine Optimisation (SCO)
Due to the infinite number of considerations that search engines use when determining a site’s ranking T’Go cannot guarantee any particular placement. Acceptance by any search engine cannot be guaranteed and when a site is accepted, the time it takes to appear in search results varies from one search engine to another. Rankings will vary as new sites are added.
T’Go cannot guarantee and is indemnified by the client against any claims regarding the following: presence in google or search engine listing, the position of the website in any search engines, the time it will take for any search engine to list the website and effectiveness of key words and phrases.
T’Go builds websites according to the trends of SCO at the time of building, we will help explore your key words/phrases; however final key phrase choice is the responsibility of the client.
Website General Terms
T’Go accepts no responsibility if a client email address is targeted with spam. We hold no responsibly if a clients email account details are attained and used to send spam or malicious material.
T’Go design and build websites to the best of their knowledge at the time of completion. We cannot take responsibility if a client’s website is ‘hacked’. We offer a package that includes software updates and the back up of client websites to ensure that any ‘hacked’ sites can be restored quickly. If this package is not taken as an option, it is the clients responsibility to back up website content and any loss of data is the risk of the client.
T’Go does not accept any responsibility for any content posted on the client’s website.
Design Credit & Portfolio
Accepting these terms, the client allows T’Go to place a small credit on the website designed with a link to T’Go’s website. This will usually be in the form of a small logo at the bottom right of the page. The client also agrees to allow T’Go to place websites and other designs along with a link to a client’s site on T’Go own website for demonstration purposes. We also may use any designs within our own portfolio, unless agreed by by both parties in writing beforehand.
T’Go reserves the right to request a deposit prior to starting a job. If a deposit is requested an invoice will be generated and delivered via email. T’Go consider the payment of the deposit as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
All invoices are sent out via email and are due to be paid within 14 days of the date issued.
T’Go deem an account to be in arrears if payment has not been received 14 days after the date of the invoice. Accounts which remain outstanding for 30 days after the date of invoice, will incur an extra charge of 2% per month of the outstanding amount.

- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment via Stripe
- Over the phone/in studio via Square
All cheques should be made payable to T’Go Creative Limited and sent with the remittance slip noting the invoice number and details.

T’Go consider the payment of an invoice by a client as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
Copyright & Trademarks
Ownership of copyright over all concepts and draft artwork remains with T’Go. This includes, but is not limited to; logos, symbols. compositions and copy. Unlawful use of these artworks by a client is strictly prohibited. The use of artwork prior to payment is illegal. The artwork designed will remain the property of T’go until the account is paid in full. Upon payment of the account copyright ownership of the final chosen concept will be transferred to the client. T’Go retain the rights to utilise artwork and all design elements for portfolio marketing.
By supplying text, images or other data to T’Go for inclusion in a clients website or other medium, the client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the client, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.
By supplying images, text or other data to T’Go, the client grants permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design.
The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold T’Go free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the client not having obtained the required copyright/and or other necessary permissions.
T’Go acknowledges its responsibility to treat in complete confidence any marketing and sales information and statistics relating to the client’s business during and after a project has completed.
Cancellation / Termination
Cancellation of orders placed may be made initially by telephone or e-mail, however, following this, we will need formal notification via email or letter.
The client will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above any non-refundable deposit that is outstanding. The outstanding balance on the account has to be cleared by the require due date. Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by T’Go will be liable for the full quoted cost of the work.
Rights of Refusal
T’Go will not include in its designs any text, images or other data which it deems to be immoral, offence or illegal. All advertising material must conform to standards laid down all relevant advertising standards authorities. T’Go reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots Law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Disclaimer / Acceptance of Terms & Condition
These terms and conditions apply to all T’Go clients unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing. No other contract terms and conditions shall apply unless specifically agreed in writing.
