So, that was strange!

Although the team have a meeting every morning, this was the first we have had with everybody at home over the internet.

We decided the backdrop for the virtual meeting should be space – it seems like the safest place to be right now!

As mentioned in a previous post, we have put a plan together allowing the team to work split-shifts between the studio and the safety of their own homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The doors to the studio are closed at this moment, although that doesn’t stop us designing and printing.

All of our systems are online so the team will have access to your files, previous jobs, job booking system and the all-important weekly work calendar. This system has always been in-place although it was never expected it would be required in this way.

Please see below a few changes we have made during this unforeseen situation.

Phones
Our main phone number (01738 646765) has been transferred to my mobile (07947 570160).

You may not be able to talk directly to your account manager however please do email them first with your contact details and they can call you when they are available.

Ordering Jobs
Please go through your usual channel to order jobs from us. All work is being booked into the systems and the team have access to your files.

Printing
We aim to print only a few days during the week, however if a job is urgent, it WILL get done, we just need to know when you need it for.

Deliveries
Deliveries will be made when required

Collections
If you have items to collect from the studio, please call 07947 570160 or email info@tgocreative.co.uk to arrange a suitable time.

Payment Terms
We cannot offer payment terms during this pandemic. Until further notice jobs will be paid at the time of order.
