why do I need a Website Maintenance Package

Your annual website hosting does not include website software updates, manual backups or server PHP updates.
Your hosting does include a 30 day rolling snapshot backup (covering 3o days previous), however without a maintenance contract, these are charged at a cost of £270 +VAT to release, install and update the software. Plus any additional work required.

Note that we can only include maintenance on packages that we have designed and installed.
If your site contains additional software there may be additional costs.
The monthly maintenance is carried out once every 2 months when choosing the bi-monthly option.

Ad-Hoc Updates at £175 +VAT*
*Ad-Hoc updates may be subject to additional fees. For example, updating a website once every year will require more work to bring software up-to-date via incremental version updates and manual backups. This maintenance package is not recommended, however something we must offer understanding not everybody wants to pay a monthly or annual fee.
